About The Valuation Team

About The Valuation Team

Our experienced team offer a bespoke valuation service for your business, which can be audited or unaudited.

This can be presented in a professional, 20 page report or a one page explanation.

Typically completed in either 4-6 days for the full report or 2-3 days for the shorter document.

Our initial consultation is free of charge.

We ask you to provide us with financial statements and/or management accounts if we don't already hold that service for you and then ask a range of questions to help understand more about your business and what makes it unique.

Using bespoke Valuation Tools we assess a wide range of hard data such as financial statements and company records, along with soft data, background information about your business, products, processes and management.

We then compare your business to c. 2,000 companies in the UK based on your SIC code.

We use our many years of business experience coupled with the Valuation Tool's algorithms, to assess thousands of data points, so that we can provide you with a realistic business valuation.
