They recently upgraded their Quality Management System to be complaint with the latest edition of ISO9001:2015.

What is ISO9001:2015?

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management of businesses, and it is used by more than 1 million organisations worldwide. This standard provides a framework for quality that covers the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies.

ISO9001:2015 helps them manage their business processes efficiently and demonstrates their commitment to quality and continual improvement. Sage has made a commitment to providing quality products and services to their customers; remaining ISO 9001 registered is a big part of their commitment.

To ensure they remain at this standard they have set out a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that: They consistently provide products and services to meet their customers' expectations and, where applicable, statutory or legal requirements. They continually improve, through the use of their QMS and their quality policy, and enhance customers' experience when dealing with Sage or their products and services.
