Vicki has worked across a wide range of businesses and industries, giving her a real understanding of how organisations operate day‑to‑day and what they need to thrive. Clients know her for her warm, calm approach and her talent for explaining even the most confusing financial topics in a way that finally makes sense.
And as part of her commitment to helping clients take control of their cashflow, she’s also added being a Profit First Professional to her remit — giving businesses a simple, practical way to build profit into every month.
Vicki just gets it. And she genuinely loves helping clients feel calmer, clearer and more in control.
Millie
Director & Accounts Specialist
Millie brings experience from both small and large businesses across a variety of industries. She has a brilliant eye for detail and a real talent for preparing company accounts and Self Assessment returns with precision and care.
Millie handles complex reconciliations with ease — and clients love the reassurance she brings to even the trickiest year‑end figures.
She also bakes an incredible cake… which the whole team appreciates immensely.

Assistant Accountant & The Detail Detective
Sophie is the person who spots things others miss — our very own Detail Detective. Whether it’s a tiny discrepancy, a missing receipt or a transaction that doesn’t quite look right, Sophie will find it, fix it and make sure everything balances beautifully.
Organised, diligent and incredibly thorough, she keeps our clients’ accounts running smoothly with a calm, structured approach. She’s also the team member who quietly ensures the background systems and processes stay on track, making her an essential part of how PBT operates day‑to‑day.
Outside of work, Sophie is a dedicated footy/rugby mum to her three boys — proving her multitasking skills are next-level.

Payroll Manager & The Payroll Perfectionist
Sue is our Payroll Manager — and proudly known as The Payroll Perfectionist. With years of hands‑on experience across businesses of all sizes (including busy bureau environments), Sue has mastered the art of accurate, compliant and stress‑free payroll.
She handles PAYE, pensions, statutory payments and complex payroll situations with the kind of precision and calm efficiency that puts clients instantly at ease. If there's a payroll puzzle to solve, Sue will find the answer — neatly, quickly and correctly.
Reliable, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough — Sue is the safe pair of hands every business wishes they had managing payroll.
Emily
Bookkeeper & The Transactions Tamer
Emily is our brilliant Transactions Tamer — the person who keeps your bookkeeping clean, organised and running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a naturally calm approach, she makes sense of even the busiest bank feeds and ensures every penny lands exactly where it should.
She’s quick to learn, incredibly organised, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every client she supports. Whether she’s reconciling accounts, managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping or helping keep workflows flowing, Emily brings accuracy, reliability and heart to everything she does.
Outside of work, Emily has an amazing singing voice and is a huge Disney fan — something that definitely brings extra sparkle to the team.
Natalie
Business Operations & HR Manager — The People Powerhouse
Natalie is the heartbeat of our operations — the People Powerhouse who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With her strong HR background and natural ability to support and motivate others, she brings structure, warmth and positive energy to the whole team.
From employee relations to process improvements, Natalie ensures the business flows seamlessly while always putting people first. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her balance of professionalism and genuine care.
Outside of work, Natalie’s world revolves around her little boy, cheering on Man United, and enjoying a well‑earned vanilla latte (her self‑declared fuel for life). She brings that same warmth and enthusiasm into everything she does at PBT.
Taylor
Office Manager & The Chaos Coordinator
Taylor is our Chaos Coordinator — the steady, organised presence keeping everything running smoothly while Natalie is on maternity leave. She’s the person behind the scenes who keeps the inbox under control, supports clients day‑to‑day and makes sure all the moving parts of the business stay on track.
Practical, unflappable and always happy to jump in wherever needed, Taylor brings calm to even the busiest days. She also bravely attempts to keep Vicki’s diary under control — a heroic task that deserves a whole medal board of its own.
From admin to operations, Taylor keeps the PBT engine humming and ensures the team (and clients) always feel supported.
